Tiffany method - Video
With Fuse-n-Tear you can use the Tiffany method easily and neatly with different fabric patterns.
Step 1
Cut the Filmoplast H 54 self-adhesive embroidery backing to the size you have chosen for your textile collage.
Step 2
Carefully remove the backing paper and place the pieces of fabric in your chosen design onto the adhesive side.
Step 3
Once you have finished laying out your design, sew the individual pieces of fabric together at the edges with the lockstitch of your choice. Filmoplast H 54 will prevent the fabric from puckering as you work.
Step 4
When you have finished sewing, turn your work over and carefully tear out the Filmoplast H 54.
