Step 1

Cut all the pieces and fuse the wrong side of the outer fabric.

Step 2

Place the outer fabric and lining right sides together and sew them together. Leave the back edge open.

Step 3

Trim seam allowance on curves to reduce bulk in seams, turn the work to right side and iron.

Step 4

Topstitch both pieces of the hair band close to the edge.

Step 5

Place the fold at the back edge, press and fix with a few stitches.

Step 6

Place the hair band pieces and the elastic between two pieces of faux leather and topstitch all the way around.

Step 7

Knot the two ends together at the top of the head.

Step 8

Trim the bow and hand stitch to secure.
